Technical requirements:

1. The seat is designed and manufactured according to the principles of ergonomics and morphological aesthetics. The curvature of the seat and back cushions fully conforms to the curve of the human body. The armrest frame and the bottom foot are stamped with high-quality hot-rolled plates, and the foot tube is made of high-quality hot-rolled plates welded by carbon dioxide. The surface is treated with rust-proof electrostatic spray matte black. The seat height and seat depth are reasonable, the sitting feeling is comfortable, the seat cushion can automatically return, and the seat appearance is simple and beautiful.

2. The basic center distance of the seat is 580±10mm, the side depth of the seat bag when opened is 691±10mm, the side depth of the writing board when opened is 839±10mmm, and the basic seat height is 970±10mm. The minimum row distance: 900mm. It has passed the relevant test basis of QB/T2602-2013 "Public Seats in Cinemas and Theaters" of the relevant furniture product quality inspection center, and the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.120mg/m³h; the anti-ignition characteristics meet the requirements of GB17927.1-2011.

3. Writing board: Built-in writing board, the bracket adopts 16mm diameter solid round steel support structure, the panel adopts high-density medium-density fiberboard, externally pressed triamine board, and PVC edge sealing on all sides. The size of the writing board panel is 250±2mm in length, 240±2 mm in width, and 15mm in thickness. The armrest and writing board are tilted upward at 6.5 degrees to ensure a comfortable and natural writing state. The writing board must have a silencer function when it is opened and recycled, and there must be no rebound force and noise.

4. The fabric is made of high-grade knitted fabric and has been treated with anti-static and anti-moth treatment. It feels comfortable and will not wrinkle, break, pilling or fade after long-term use.

5. The seat foam is polyurethane cold foam high resilience shaping sponge, seat sponge size: length 460±10mm, width 430±10mm, height 100±10mm, sponge density 50-55KG/M3. 6. All steel materials are made of the highest quality steel, and the welded parts are welded by robots, with high welding quality. Seat iron frame: Made of high-quality steel plate by stamping and welding, 5 S-shaped snake springs are welded on the sponge contact surface to ensure that the seat is comfortable and elastic. 9. The seat returns to its original position using a damping return mechanism, and a rubber pad is added to the collision part of the seat to prevent collision and reduce noise, so that the seat opens without noise and returns slowly without impact.

10. The seat legs are made of high-quality 1.8mm thick carbon cold-rolled steel, which is made by die stamping, welding, grinding, degreasing and rust removal, and then electrostatic spraying. They are durable, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. The left and right sides are equipped with side panels and covered with linen velvet, which is beautiful and collision-proof. The leg dimensions are: length 586±10mm, width 427±10mm, height 80±10mm.

11. The seat is fixed to the ground with hidden pressure-explosive screws, and the appearance is specially designed with a plastic dust cover to ensure that the chair legs are smooth and beautiful while preventing dust accumulation and facilitating cleaning.

12. It is required to provide a product functional structure diagram; a set of double-seater chair samples; a set of standing foot accessories samples, and the armrests are tilted upward at 6.5° to ensure a comfortable and natural writing state; no points will be awarded if the samples are not provided as required or the samples provided do not meet the requirements.
