Harbin Institute of Technology

Harbin Institute of Technology, referred to as "Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT)", is located in the ice city of Harbin in northern China. It is a key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and one of the first batch of "211 Project" and "985 Project" Key construction universities, main members of the "Nine School Alliance (C9)", "China-Russia Engineering University Alliance", "China-Spain University Alliance", and the first batch of national "111 Plan", "2011 Plan", and "Excellence Plan" selected Colleges and universities are organized at the deputy ministerial level of central management and are jointly built by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government.
